X2R Software was founded out of the need for better visual representation of the data available in Cisco Broadworks phone systems. While these systems contain a wealth of information, they lacked the proper tools to convert this data into usable visual insights, significantly limiting management efficiency and effectiveness.
Gerard started working on a solution with developer Randy. Their collaboration led to the creation of the first version of a web dashboard. This dashboard provided a clear display of crucial data that was previously hidden within complex systems.
The success of this initial dashboard motivated them to continue. They added more features, such as extensive reporting and the ability to manage various integrations. This transformed the "simple" dashboard into a comprehensive platform, a powerful tool capable of creating integrations tailored to customer needs. Characteristic of their approach is always going the extra mile for the customer. Need a modification in the phone system? They're happy to do it! Want to process an additional piece of information in an integration? Why not!
With each iteration, the platform grew into an indispensable tool for Broadworks partners. What started as a solution for a specific problem quickly evolved into a versatile platform at the core of X2R Software.
Today, X2R Software consists of a motivated and talented team, ready every day with great energy to turn customer needs into technical solutions with that "little bit extra".
