In our management portal, you can easily upload an Excel list with customer data. This data is automatically integrated into our client application, Nimble, where agents can start calling immediately. When an agent makes a call, the relevant customer information appears on their screen right away. Additionally, you can create various statuses in the management portal, such as "Not Interested," "Order Created," or "Wants More Information." Agents can then use these statuses in Nimble to close a campaign entry. This saves time, reduces errors, and makes your call campaigns much more efficient and organized.
